Digital Ambiance won a project for delivering interactive lighting for Cultural Arts District Park in Fresno, California. It turned to LightAct to provide lighting control solution for it.
The requirement was to track people in the whole park using 15 low resolution thermal cameras and to use these locations to create real-time generative effects. The effect is then mapped onto 450 RGB lights which are controlled with Art-Net.
Anticlockwise Arts, a studio from Berkley,CA, created the custom visual effect which is seamlessly integrated into LightAct using its UniqueAct plugin system.
